Back to the water analogy.
Part one — Voltage
Imagine a syringe.
The syringe has water in it.
We press / push the plunger.
How hard do we push?
Water pressure → Voltage.
Imagine 5 volts as the strength of the syringe’s “push” on the water.
The push “strength” is the voltage.
Part two — Current
We push the water.
The water flows.
How much water flows per second?
This is the flow rate.
With the same syringe and opening, the harder we push, the more water-per-second flows.
This “how much water per second” is the current.
Car analogy
Voltage — How hard we press the gas. The engine power.
Current — Speed — kilometers per hour.
